The Role:

• To support the Project Management team in filing and archiving of study documents
• To assist with filing, archiving and other administrative duties as needed

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• To file and archiving the study documents of clinical trials.
• To comply & adhere to GCP guidelines and regulations as required of this role
• To ensure data quality and data integrity of all records prior to archiving
• To ensure study data is stored to a high quality in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards
• To ensure data is stored safe in a manner that minimizes deterioration and prevent loss at all times 
• This role will encompass File Clerk, Data Entry, and Clinical Trial Administrator responsibilities.

• Strict and tight deadlines
• Having to juggle a range of tasks/issues simultaneously
• Working in a hazardous environment with high requirement to follow safety procedures

The Candidate:

• Effective communication skills
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel and Office Suite products)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Self-directed - able to perform with minimal supervision 
• Thorough in task completion- attention to detail
