Your Role
As the Kitchen Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of the kitchen - coordinating staff, managing inventory, and upholding food safety standards. You’ll ensure our culinary operations run smoothly and efficiently, creating an organized and positive work environment that brings out the best in every team member. Some of your responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring timely food preparation and consistent presentation.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across all kitchen areas.
- Train, schedule, and support kitchen staff while promoting a collaborative team environment.
- Monitor inventory and place orders to ensure ingredients and supplies are stocked and fresh.
- Collaborate with front-of-house team members to coordinate meal service and respond to guest needs.
- Assist with prep work and line execution, stepping in during peak times to support the team.
- Troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively, from supply issues to staff concerns.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2 years of kitchen experience in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Previous experience supervising or leading a kitchen team preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Food Handler’s Certification.
