Job Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all current and prospective clients have a positive experience with the office;
- Communicate directly with clients and provide updates as needed;
- Conduct hire and signing appointments with clients;
- Train, supervise and mentor Client Service Coordinators;
- Maintain client documents, information, and agreements in accordance with company standards
Education and Experience requirement:
High School Diploma/GED, along with at least 5 years of experience in Customer Service
Special Skills required: Must be bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish. We are immigration attorneys serving the Spanish-speaking community, where 95% of our clients speak only Spanish. Our firm targets the Hispanic community, so client service coordinators must speak both languages.
