The Role
As a Client Services Clerk, you will be a key part of the client experience. Your work helps the team deliver prompt, reliable support while keeping client information organized and handled with care. What You Will Do
- Support clients with clear, respectful communication in Spanish and English
- Assist with day-to-day client service tasks and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records and documentation with strong attention to detail
- Use Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat to manage and process documents
- Solve problems proactively and bring solutions when issues come up
- Work closely with the team to keep workflows moving efficiently
What We Are Looking For
Required
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service, administrative, receptionist, or office support experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism with clients
- Detail-oriented and reliable with confidential information
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to think independently and creatively solve problems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Preferred experience
- Microsoft Office: 1 year
- Customer service: 1 year
