What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Center Representative position at QUIRK AUTOMOTIVE GROUP?
Quirk is currently expanding and is in need of a new Business Development Center Representative. The BDC representative is responsible and accountable for producing committed scheduled appointments between our customers and our service department. We offer a professional environment, ongoing training and many opportunities for learning, growth and career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming service calls promptly and courteously while assisting customers with scheduling service appointments
- Respond to customer emails professionally and in a timely manner
- Monitor incoming leads continuously and ensure all inquiries receive prompt follow-up
- Collect and organize customer information for outreach regarding manufacturer recalls and service campaigns
- Contact customers regarding open recalls, maintenance recommendations, and service opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information
- Stay current on company updates, manufacturer programs, industry knowledge, and service standards
- Work closely with the service department to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within expected timeframes
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency with MS office programs
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality
- Superior customer service skills
- Outstanding phone skills and follow-up
- Bilingual preferred, but not a requirement
