Quintech Electronics & Communications, Inc. is seeking a Production Department Assistant whose primary responsibilities will include providing support to production and scheduling through data entry and job entry processes ensuring reorder points are constantly reviewed.

Additional Duties:
- Enter job orders into ERP systems based on customer purchase order requirements.
- Maintain and monitor WIP and FG reorder point for any changes in quantities; looking for trends based upon the most recent usage and sales forecast. Provide management with recommendations of any findings and/or changes pertaining to reorder points.
- Print job packets and bar codes for orders scheduled by the Scheduler.
- Maintain label makers as well as ensure supplies are maintained.
- Support Production Manager and Scheduler as needed.
- Review and make recommendations to Production Manager and Scheduler on job packet printing contents.
- Support day to day operations of lead production subgroup order related workload related coordination.
- Perform other related duties as requested, directed, or assigned. May work in other areas within the manufacturing department as needed.
- Must be a US Citizen
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Prior admin/office experience preferred
- Work requires attention to detail and a strong math aptitude as well as strong planning, organizational, time and problem-solving skills.
- Must have ability to understand departmental operations and procedures along with a demonstrated ability to report to work as scheduled and on time.
- Must have knowledge of typical business operations and working use of a variety of office equipment and software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and database software (MSWord, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills along with ability to read, interpret and carry out both written and oral instructions.
