Procurement Specialist - Hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days remote work every week. Onsite work is at Hercules, CA.
Max Pay - $48/hour - depending on experience. Minimum 5 years of experience and versatile with working on SAP and Kinaxis and MS Office
Responsibilities:
- Actively manages purchase order workflows in SAP to support business needs.
- Works with appropriate parties to resolve invoice issues to minimize overdue invoices.
- Identifies and resolves potential supplier problems.
- Ensures goods are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Introduce and manage efficiencies through effective purchasing.
- Monitors cost and supplier performance.
- Maintains files and records related to purchasing activities.

- Placing Timely Purchase Requirements maintaining customer fulfillment.
- Mastering and Maintaining master data elements for efficient purchase execution.
- Maintains on time and in full deliveries with suppliers.
- Proactively manages supplier relations, confidently bringing teams together for problem resolutions.

What You Bring:
- Education: BA or BS, APICS Certification Desired
- Work Experience: 5 years in procurement environment; able to lead teams.
- SAP and Kinaxis experience Mandatory
- Independent, Out of the Box Problem Solving
- Negotiation, good oral and written communications, proficient with Power Point, Excel, and Word.
Salary : $44 - $48
