Title: Legal Councel– Quinnox Development CenterWhat to expect from the candidate :1. Negotiating various agreements with external clients and vendors; Building relationships with clients, vendor etc. based on trust for better negotiation.2. Providing legal and business counsel to internal clients to resolve issues; managing external counsel (as applicable);3. Ensuring that all agreements are concluded with the company’s best interest in mind. Other corporate matters as and when assigned.4. Knowledge of drafting and reviewing of Master Service Agreements, Statement of Work, SAAS agreements, and other contracts for the IT Service industry.5. Knowledge of handling a range of intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, and licensing with an emphasis on Internet, computer science, and electronic technologies.Managing legal compliance with the federal and state agencies as applicable.Managing and mitigating legal risks by designing and implementing company policies andprocedures.8. Staying up-to-date with changes to legislation, particularly in relation to laws, rules and regulations that directly affect your business and specific industry.Qualification:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3 to 5 years of experience preferably in IT industry.Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school.Commitment to abiding by local, state, and federal laws and behaving ethically.Ability to work independently or with a team of attorneys in US and overseas to developcase strategies.Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, public speaking skills.Ability to negotiate, research, and communicate verbally and in writing effectively.7. Adaptability and attention to detail.
Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
