Job Title: PM -IT Change Manager with ServiceNow
Work Location: Houston, TX -Hybrid 4 days a week
Role/Responsibility:
- Create project plans, schedules, milestones, and roadmaps
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, Ensure project activities are completed as planned.
- Engage sponsors, business leaders, and project teams by Conducting status meetings and governance reviews
- Analyze changes to evaluate how business processes, roles, and technology will change.
- Own and enforce the IT Change Management process and ServiceNow change policies and procedures
- Maintain change calendars and release schedules.
- Review RFCs (Requests for Change) submitted by project and support teams.
- Evaluate dependencies across applications, infrastructure, integrations, and third-party systems.
- Present upcoming changes and associated risks in CAB meetings
- Monitor deployment activities during implementation
- Conduct post-deployment reviews and Ensure complete audit trails within ServiceNow
