Role Description
This is a full-time on-site HR Manager role based in Paradise, Montana. The HR Manager will oversee and manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, fostering a supportive work environment, conducting staff training programs, and managing payroll and performance evaluations. The HR Manager will work closely with the management team to support the goals and objectives of the resort.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Proficiency in employee recruitment, onboarding, and relations management
- Experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR reporting
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and foster a positive work environment
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in hospitality or resort management is a plus
