We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong communication abilities.
This is a full-time position:
Monday - Friday | 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities
- Present orthodontic treatment plans in a clear, confident, and engaging way
- Guide patients through the consultation process from start to finish
- Discuss fees, insurance, and financing options
- Help convert consultations into accepted treatment
- Coordinate scheduling for treatment starts and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate closely with the orthodontist and clinical team
- Follow up with pending patients to increase case acceptance
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or treatment coordination
- Dental or orthodontic experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable discussing pricing and financing options
- Confident, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with dental/orthodontic software is a plus
