Wages
This position offers a base salary plus commission, with total annual compensation ranging from $75,000 to $100,000.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
- Sell Product Support Solutions: Perform the full sales function for parts including undercarriage, fluids, Ground Engaging Tools (GET), SOS services, and consumables.
- Plan & Manage Territory: Achieve short‑ and long‑term sales goals through structured time management and detailed planning.
- Develop Sales Forecasts: Create territory business plans and forecasts to guide strategic growth.
- Maintain Territory Records: Document and maintain key customer information, such as lost sales, machine population, surveys, influencers, serial numbers, and hour meter readings.
- Conduct Inspections: Perform scheduled undercarriage and machine inspections to assess customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Build strong working relationships with shop, parts, sales, rental, and other company personnel to ensure seamless customer support.
Qualifications
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong communication, planning, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend effective solutions
- Self‑motivated and organized with a customer-first mindset
