Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair heavy equipment (Caterpillar and related)
- Take apart and reassemble machines and components
- Identify damaged parts and complete repairs
- Use tools and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
- Follow instructions and communicate with your team
- Keep your work area clean and safe
- Experience with heavy equipment, diesel, or mechanical work preferred
- Entry-level candidates with technical training are welcome
- Basic mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Reliable with good attendance and punctuality
- Willing to learn and grow
- Able to work overtime when needed
