Plumber Helper (Entry-Level)
Job Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Plumber Helper who is eager to learn the plumbing trade. This position is ideal for someone with little or no plumbing experience who wants to build a long-term career. You will work alongside experienced plumbers, receive hands-on training, and develop the skills needed to become a successful plumber.
Responsibilities
- Assist plumbers with commercial plumbing installations and repairs.
- Carry tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Dig trenches and prepare work areas when needed.
- Cut, measure, and assemble pipe under supervision.
- Help troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform basic repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned while learning the trade.
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Dependable with excellent attendance.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools or willing to learn.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
