You will
- Maintain a quoting pipeline to support your monthly sales targets
- Conduct site visits, evaluate customer needs, and propose tailored solutions
- Identify and develop new customer accounts within the assigned territory through cold calling, networking, and lead follow up
- Guide customers in designing compressed air solutions for their need and stay current on all Quincy product offerings

You have 3 years of experience in the compressed air industry or with compressed air systems
- Have a bachelor's degree (desirable), in either management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or other technical specialization. Relevant related experience will be considered
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
