2026 Summer Internships - HR, Sales, Operation Intern - Charlotte, NC

HR Internship:

Primary Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and organization of a comprehensive onboarding guide for the Sales Team, including policies, training materials, and role-specific resources.

• Support compliance efforts by reviewing and ensuring required federal, state, and local labor law posters are current and properly displayed.

• Organize and maintain internal HR files and documents, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper recordkeeping in accordance with company policies.

• Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed, including document preparation, data entry, and process improvement initiatives.

• Help plan employee events, recognition moments, and engagement initiatives

Desired Skills:

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with document management systems

• Basic understanding of HR principles and employment practices (coursework or prior exposure preferred)

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team

• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

• Interest in Human Resources, Talent Development, or Organizational Leadership

Operations Internship:

Primary Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Assist with documenting and improving operational processes and workflows

• Support data collection, reporting, and analysis to identify efficiency opportunities

• Help maintain and organize operational files, records, and internal documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Service, Finance) to support daily operations

• Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects

• Support inventory tracking, vendor coordination, or scheduling efforts as needed

• Provide general administrative support to the Operations team

Desired Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Sales Internship:

Primary Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Team with lead generation, prospect research, and account development

• Support CRM data entry, updates, and pipeline tracking

• Participate in customer outreach efforts (email campaigns, follow-ups, appointment setting)

• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and supporting documentation

• Conduct market and competitor research

• Shadow sales representatives on customer calls or site visits when applicable

• Support reporting on sales performance metrics and activity tracking

• Assist with special sales projects and initiatives

Desired Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence speaking with customers and internal teams

• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic

• Basic understanding of sales principles (coursework or interest in Sales/Business preferred)

To qualify for an internship, you should be:

• A rising junior, senior, or graduate student at an accredited college or university
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in business administration, human resources, finance, marketing or a related field
• Eligible to work within the United States without company support for work authorization
• Able to commit to participation in a part-time, 15-week internship program working up to 29 hours per week starting on Monday, May 18, 2026 and continuing until Friday August 7, 2026
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision
