One of our clients is seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing onsite team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for an individual looking to gain hands-on experience in B2B software sales, prospecting, lead qualification, and sales pipeline development.
The successful candidate will play a key role in generating qualified opportunities, engaging prospective customers, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth.
- Research and build targeted prospect lists aligned with the company's ideal customer profile.
- Conduct outbound outreach through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to engage prospective customers.
- Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Utilize sales engagement and CRM tools to manage prospect interactions and follow-up activities.
- Engage and re-engage both cold and warm prospects through strategic outreach campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain target audience databases.
- Support direct mail campaigns, industry events, and in-person marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to improve lead generation and conversion processes.
- Identify and recommend new strategies to enhance top-of-funnel lead acquisition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and customer interactions.
