Description:
- Perform preventative maintenance on all machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain the Maintain X software for tracking maintenance activities, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of machinery to identify potential issues before they become critical.
- Collaborate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide training and support to other team members on proper maintenance procedures and the use of Maintain X software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
