QuickFit 24-7 Greenbrier is a community-focused fitness center committed to helping our members live healthier, stronger lives. We’re looking for a high-energy Membership Specialist who loves talking to people, thrives in a sales-driven environment, and wants to be a key face of our gym.
Position Overview
The Membership Specialist’s primary responsibility is simple and very focused:
Convert warm leads into active gym memberships.
You’ll be working with people who have already expressed interest in the gym—these are warm leads, not cold calls. Your job is to connect with them, get them in the door, and confidently walk them through joining QuickFit 24-7.
This is a part-time (20 hours/week) role with hourly base pay plus commission.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Conversion & Sales (Core of the Role)
- Call, text, and email inbound leads who’ve requested info about the gym.
- Re-engage former or inactive members and invite them back.
- Conduct in-person tours, explain membership options, and close the sale.
- Represent QuickFit 24-7 at occasional community outreach efforts to generate and convert leads.
- Confidently ask for the sale and guide people through the sign-up process
- This role is also responsible for maintaining high member retention by building relationships with members, checking in on their progress, and proactively engaging with them so they stay at the gym long-term.
CRM & Follow-Up Management
- Use a CRM system (or lead tracker) to:
- Log new leads and conversations.
- Track follow-ups and next steps.
- Keep detailed, accurate notes on each prospect.
- Manage your pipeline so no lead “falls through the cracks.”
Gym Operations Support
- Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Check customers in and out, and assist with basic front-desk tasks.
- Help with light cleaning, straightening up, and keeping the gym presentable.
- Be a positive, reliable presence at the gym—the person members get to know by name.
Performance & Expectations
This is a results-driven sales role.
- Your performance will be 100% based on the number of memberships you sell each month.
- There are mandatory minimum sales standards that must be met consistently.
- Continued employment is contingent on consistently meeting or exceeding these monthly sales targets.

- Into fitness or wellness – you don’t have to be a bodybuilder, but you should genuinely care about health and fitness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a phone-based role (fitness or membership sales a plus, but not required).
- Comfortable spending a large portion of your time on the phone and in-person sales conversations.
- Basic familiarity with CRM or lead management tools (or clear ability and willingness to learn quickly).
- Ability to work independently while following a set sales process.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work 20 hours per week.
Compensation
- Hourly base pay (part-time)
