We are currently looking for an IT Technician at our Devens, MA site to be part of our growing and dynamic team. Our ideal candidates will be capable and willing to do the following:

- Position Summary: The IT Technician installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to personal computer hardware and software systems, and provides technical assistance and training to system users.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Problem Resolution - Respond to level 1 help desk requests, escalate as needed
- Fix/Repair Device issues: stations, laptops, iPods, printers, phones
- Fix/Repair Networking issues: WIFI/Wired connectivity issues
- Ensure accurate communication via tickets, ticket resolution
- User Management
- User ID Creation/Management and issue resolution
- Email Creation/Management and issue resolution
- Security Card (building access) Creation/Management and issue resolution
- Device Management
- New Equipment Rollout/Setup: stations, laptops, iPods, printers
- Client VPN install
- Application Helpdesk/Support
- Re-open purchase orders
- Delete item profiles
- Generate missing return labels
- Create/generate missing commercial invoices
- Fix/Repair order/shipping issues
- Perform other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
2 years computer related work experience in multiple platforms (including Network, Internet and Telecommunications)
Skills and Abilities: - Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively and professionally; including, the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent planning and organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and assignments.
- Basic knowledge of desktop technologies
- Basic understanding of networking
- Proven ability in diagnosis and resolution of technical problems
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work flexible hours
