Lead with Purpose: Grow and mentor a high-performing team of PEs, EITs, CAD designers, and administrative professionals.
Drive Diverse Projects: Spearhead complex multi family, mixed-use projects from the initial planning stages through design and construction.
Be a Key Player: Act as a primary face for our clients, ensuring we deliver on our commitments while upholding the quality Quiddity is known for.
Shape Our Growth: Play a significant role in our Florida expansion, enjoying the autonomy and visibility that comes with a scaling office.
What You’ll Bring
Technical Expertise: A Professional Engineering (PE) license with a solid background in civil engineering.
Proven Leadership: Extensive project management experience specifically within residential community land development.
A Passion for Development: A genuine interest in coaching a team and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
Strategic Execution: The ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications
- Civil Engineer with a Professional Engineering (PE) License
- of 9 years of experience in Project Management for residential Land Development projects; commercial land development experience is a plus
- Experience mentoring and developing project team members
- Client-focused with a reputation for solid teamwork and communication
