Overview
The Benefits and Compliance Manager is responsible for the administration, coordination, and continuous improvement of the Company’s employee benefits and compliance programs.
This role ensures that benefit programs are delivered effectively, remain compliant with applicable regulations, and meet the needs of employees and the business. The Manager serves as a key resource to HR, employees, and leadership, supporting benefits operations, compliance activities, vendor coordination, and employee experience.
The position partners closely with brokers, carriers, Payroll, and HR leadership to administer programs, monitor regulatory requirements, support reporting and audits, and identify opportunities to enhance program effectiveness and cost efficiency.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of progressively more responsible benefits and compliance experience in corporate environments or
HR industry based certification/continuing education and a minimum or 7 years of progressively more responsible benefits and compliance experience in corporate environments.
- 5–7 years of experience in benefits administration and HR compliance.
- Experience working with brokers, carriers, or third-party administrators.
- Experience supporting multi-state workforce preferred.
- CEBS, CBP, PHR/SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred
Other Job Skills:
- Experience building benefits plans in and administering HRIS; experience with Paycom a plus.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Cloud products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of benefits procedures and laws and associated employment law.
- Experience supporting audits and regulatory filings.
- Working knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA and HIPAA.
