Quickstar Logistics is a fast-moving logistics company built on precision, reliability, and great customer service. We're growing and looking for a sharp, organized Administrative Support Specialist to keep our office running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Do: You'll be the backbone of our daily operations — keeping records accurate, systems updated, and communication flowing between our team and customers.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
- Use Excel for daily tracking and operational reporting
- Manage communications through Microsoft Outlook and Teams
- Update logistics systems and portals with timely, precise information
- Correspond with customers via email and text in a professional manner
- Support dispatch operations and provide general office assistance
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
What We're Looking For:
- 1–2 years of office or administrative experience (required)
- Prior logistics experience is a strong plus
- Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
- Exceptional attention to detail — this is non-negotiable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A quick learner who can adapt to new systems with ease
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Pay: $24.27 - $25.00 per hour
