As Marketing Coordinator, you'll be a core part of our engine-turning ideas into campaigns, content, events, and experiences that engage and inspire.

What You'll Do

• Bring our brand to life across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, and more


• Support content scheduling, approvals, posting, community monitoring, and social asset organization


• Coordinate PR lists, press boxes, influencer gifting, and affiliate support


• Assist with tradeshows, webinars, product launches, practitioner events, and onsite activations


• Organize post-event leads, surveys, and recaps to keep momentum moving


• Manage product sample shipments, internal launch comms, and day-to-day marketing operations


• Collaborate with Creative, Sales, Education, and Marketing teams to execute campaigns flawlessly

• Are a natural multitasker who can pivot from reels to run-of-show documents in a single morning


• Stay 10 steps ahead on timing, approvals, assets, and logistics


• Love the wellness world and want to grow inside it


• Catch typos faster than AI ever could


• Bring positivity, curiosity, and proactive energy to every project

What You Bring

• 1-3 years in marketing, social media, PR, events, or coordination (CPG/wellness a bonus!)


• Experience with Asana, Trello, Monday, Meta tools, Sprout, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar


• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through


• Comfort juggling deadlines and details with grace


• Ability to travel for events when needed

• Functional medicine or wellness industry experience


• PR/influencer program exposure


• Affiliate/ambassador knowledge


• Content production, copy support, or creative coordination experience
