Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Support Marketing leadership with daily operations, coordination, and light project management
- Manage and prioritize workflow for Influencer/Partnerships and GaiaSphere events, helping ensure briefs and deliverables are trafficked, aligned, and completed on time
- Own scheduling, calendaring, cross-functional follow-ups, and Influencer/Partner and Event-related communication
- Respond daily to inbound messages from social influencers, talent, and partners with professionalism and strong follow-through
- Create and update light marketing collateral using tools like Google Workspace, Airtable, Canva, Air, and (bonus) Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop)
- Build/update partner decks, influencer kits, and event support materials
- Assist with reporting and performance dashboards, including support for Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, AdWords, and SEO reporting (pre/post event)
- Support influencer and partner workflows by coordinating incoming/outgoing creative briefs
- Provide responsive internal support to cross-functional teams and the field with an “excellent service” mindset
- 2–3 years experience in a Marketing Coordinator (or similar) role
- Strong prioritization project follow-through across multiple deadlines
- Familiarity with social platforms, influencers, and marketing fundamentals
- Required: Airtable (or Monday.com), Canva, CMS tools, Google Workspace
- Bonus: Google Analytics, GTM, AdWords, SEO reporting experience
- Bonus: light design skills; Adobe (InDesign/Photoshop) a plus
