As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of our headquarters retail store, and the first voice customers hear-whether they walk through the front door, call, email, or chat with us online. If you love blending science‑based product knowledge with warm, solution‑oriented service, this is the role for you.


What You'll Do



  • Front‑desk ambassador: Greet visitors, clients, and employees; manage guest sign‑in and direct them appropriately.



  • Retail store operations:



  • Guide walk‑in customers through product benefits, usage, and protocols.



  • Process in‑store purchases, returns, and exchanges using our POS system.



  • Maintain attractive product displays, restock shelves, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment.



  • Multi‑channel customer support: Handle inbound calls, emails, web forms, and live chat to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide order status.



  • Support Sales Rep



  • Order management: Enter and track orders, shipping requests, returns, and quality complaints quickly and accurately.



  • CRM documentation: Capture every customer interaction in our CRM with complete, concise notes.



  • Cross‑department collaboration: Work daily with Fulfillment, Quality, Sales, and Marketing teams to keep the customer journey seamless.



  • Process improvement: Share observations and ideas that make our store and service experience even better.


What You Bring



  • Scientific aptitude or familiarity with nutraceuticals, functional medicine, or wellness products-comfortable explaining ingredients and delivery systems to lay audiences.



  • 2 years of customer‑facing experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.



  • Confident handling multi‑channel communications (in-person, phones, email, chat).



  • Experience with a POS system



  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office (especially Excel).



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; friendly, patient, and precise.



  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle front‑desk duties, store tasks, sales rep and digital inquiries in a fast‑moving environment.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in a science, business, or health‑related field or degree from a functional medicine institute



  • Experience with ERP platforms and collaboration tools such as Slack.
