At Clean Your Dirty Face®, we believe the path to more radiant skin is through routine skincare — and it starts the moment a client walks through our door. We're a team of skincare professionals on a mission to give every client the BEST skincare experience possible, and we're looking for a Client Service Associate who can set that tone from check-in to check-out.
This is more than a front desk job. You'll be the face of the studio — greeting guests with warmth, managing the flow of a busy skincare studio, and helping clients feel confident in the care they're getting. Already a licensed esthetician or currently in esthetics school? We love growing our team from within — this role can quickly evolve into a dual front desk/esthetician position.
What You'll Do
- Welcome every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine care
- Manage scheduling, check-in, payments, and memberships using Mindbody Online
- Educate clients on services, memberships, and promotions
- Keep the front desk and lobby polished, organized, and brand-aligned
- Support studio tasks — stocking, laundry, room upkeep
- Promote memberships, packages, and referrals to support client retention
- Handle client questions or concerns with patience, and loop in management when needed
Who You Are
- Energetic, polished, and genuinely passionate about people and skincare
- A confident communicator who's quick on your feet and detail-oriented
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in a job done well
- Mindbody Online experience strongly preferred; reception, spa, salon, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
