Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, reliable Boba Tea Barista to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality drinks and food in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks and foods according to company standards
- Take customer orders and operate POS system accurately
- Handle cash and process transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Provide a welcoming and positive customer experience
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask during busy periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Team player with attention to cleanliness and quality
