Core Responsibilities
Event Execution Leadership
Command banquet floor during all events
Control event timeline and service pacing
Direct banquet staff and delegate responsibilities clearly
Conduct pre-service walkthroughs with kitchen and service team
Confirm headcounts and menu execution before service begins
Kitchen Coordination
Serve as primary liaison between FOH and BOH during events
Confirm plating accuracy and portion standards
Prevent deviations from contracted menus
Manage timing adjustments calmly and efficiently
Guest & Financial Protection
Address guest concerns professionally and decisively
Authorized to approve comps up to $300 (or defined threshold)
Escalate issues beyond authority to GM
Actively work to prevent avoidable comps
Team Leadership
Maintain calm, steady presence under pressure
Regulate team energy and prevent visible panic
Reinforce service standards and professionalism
Lead post-event debrief discussions
Operational Accountability
Complete post-event report summaries
Identify execution gaps and improvement opportunities

Qualifications
