Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a LOA/Loan Processor based in North Bergen, NJ, with opportunities for remote work. The Loan Processor will handle the daily processing of loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities include reviewing loan documents, coordinating with borrowers and underwriters, maintaining communication throughout the process, and ensuring timely completion of loans. The role requires strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Loan Processing and handling Loan Documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- General knowledge of underwriting processes and the ability to ensure compliance with loan policies and guidelines.
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients, brokers, and internal teams.
- Experience or familiarity with various loan types and real estate financing solutions is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple applications and deadlines.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in loan processing, mortgage services, or financial services is a plus.
