Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service.
- Assist customers with financial transactions, including loan origination and cash management.
- Utilize relationship management skills to foster trust and loyalty among clients.
- Process debits and credits accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
- Identify and report potential fraud through effective fraud prevention detection measures.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of financial services offered by the company to provide informed assistance.
- Support sales initiatives by promoting relevant products and services to customers.
- Document customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for future reference.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong skills in financial sales and relationship management.
- Proficiency in 10 key typing for efficient data entry and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with loan origination processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on active listening and empathy.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing customer accounts.
- Knowledge of cash management practices is desirable.
