Project Coordinator

Position Summary

The Project Coordinator supports Project Managers and cross-functional teams in planning, organizing, and tracking projects from initiation through completion. This role keeps projects on schedule and within budget by coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation, monitoring timelines, and serving as a communication hub between internal teams, vendors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external resources to keep projects on scope, schedule, and budget
• Maintain project schedules, timelines, and status trackers; flag risks and delays proactively
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action-item logs for project reviews
• Serve as a point of contact between project teams, vendors, suppliers, and customers
• Track project budgets, purchase orders, and expenditures alongside Finance and Procurement
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, specifications, and change logs
• Support onboarding of new projects, including scope definition and kickoff coordination
• Assist with quality checks to ensure deliverables meet QuickCable's standards and customer requirements
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of best practices
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, manufacturing operations, or a related role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP or project management software experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams
