Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour Day shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs/week

Requirements:
- Active PT license (license required to submit)
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- BLS (AHA)
- Orientation: 8 hours
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, utilizing your strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to identify impairments and functional limitations.
- Develop and execute tailored care plans that incorporate evidence-based physiotherapy techniques, including trigger point therapy and orthopedic interventions.
- Deliver hands-on therapy sessions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall function across inpatient, outpatient, pediatric, geriatrics, and home health populations.
- Coordinate discharge planning to ensure seamless transitions from hospital to community or home settings, optimizing ongoing recovery and support.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align treatment strategies with medical terminology standards and patient goals.
- Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems efficiently to document assessments, treatment progress, and care plans accurately.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and self-care strategies to foster long-term wellness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in acute care hospital settings with a solid understanding of inpatient protocols and hospital workflows.
- Demonstrated expertise in outpatient clinics or home & community care environments with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy.
- Experience in pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, and geriatrics is highly desirable to support diverse patient needs.
- Familiarity with EMR systems for efficient documentation and communication within healthcare teams.
- Ability to develop comprehensive care plans that include discharge planning and follow-up strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients about their treatment options and recovery process.
