🚨 We're Hiring: WAREHOUSE MANAGER – Doral, FL
We are looking for a strong and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our high-volume logistics operation in Doral. Someone organized, results-driven, and confident in managing people, processes, and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee Storage, Fulfillment (B2B/B2C), Cross-dock, Transload, TSA, Bonded & Hazmat operations
* Manage inventory, cycle counts, inbound/outbound
* Ensure proper WMS usage (Mintsoft or similar)
* Monitor KPIs: OTIF, productivity, accuracy, shrink, etc.
* Lead staffing, scheduling, and team performance
* Ensure TSA, OSHA, Hazmat & Bonded compliance
* Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Requirements:
* 3–5 years in warehouse management or similar roles
* Experience with TSA, Bonded cargo, Hazmat, containers & air freight
* WMS knowledge (Mintsoft or Magaya preferred)
* Team leadership ( 10 people)
* Advanced proficiency with office productivity tools and the ability to develop dynamic management reports in Excel
* Minimum academic background: Minor in Administration or Logistics
* English and Spanish proficiency
