About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Quotes Associate to join our team! In this role, you will gather and analyze data to prepare accurate proposals for both new and existing work orders. You’ll work closely with technicians, customers, and internal staff to ensure all proposals reflect the necessary services, resources, and pricing.
What You’ll Do:
- Communicate with customers, technicians, and team members to fully understand project requirements.
- Assess project needs, including staffing, parts, materials, and additional resources.
- Prepare cost estimates for parts, equipment, and billable labor hours.
- Develop pricing strategies to ensure profitability.
- Manage multiple projects with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform other duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of cost accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create financial forecasts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting/cost software.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- 2 years of relevant experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
Salary : $22 - $25
