Responsibilities
- Lead a team of lube techs in performing oil changes, tire services, and basic vehicle maintenance with enthusiasm and attention to detail
- Ensure all tools, including hand tools and power tools, are properly maintained and used safely and then returned to the proper place during and after service procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed, addressing questions, and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate
- Uphold safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations to create a safe working environment for all staff
- Requirements
- Valid N.C. Drivers License
- Automotive repair experience with a strong background in automotive service operations would be a plus.
- Hands-on mechanic experience with automotive vehicle maintenance, oil changes, and tire services would be a plus.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment required for automotive servicing
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform manual tasks associated with vehicle maintenance.
- Sales aptitude to promote additional services and maintain high customer satisfaction standards
