Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction-related tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will contribute to various projects, including remodeling, restoration, and new construction, with a focus on delivering quality results that meet client expectations. Duties

• Perform construction estimating to accurately determine project costs and resource needs
• Execute diverse construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and painting
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution
• Install fixtures, trim carpentry, doors, and metal stud framing with precision and attention to detail
• Conduct plastering, stucco application, masonry work, and water damage restoration as required
• Manage plumbing tasks including fixture installation, pipe repairs, and water damage remediation
• Utilize hand tools and power equipment such as airless paint sprayers for painting projects
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Assist with mold remediation efforts and general handyman tasks across multiple projects
• Support remodeling initiatives by performing demolition, framing, flooring installation, and finishing work

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction site work with a strong background in various trades such as carpentry, plumbing, masonry, or painting
• Knowledge of construction estimating processes and ability to read detailed blueprints and schematics
• Hands-on experience with plastering, stucco application, tile laying, drywall installation, and fixture mounting
• Familiarity with restoration industry practices including water damage repair and mold remediation
• Ability to operate construction tools safely and efficiently; experience with airless paint spraying is a plus
• Strong understanding of safety standards and protocols on active job sites
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs
• Valid experience in remodeling projects involving flooring installation and trim carpentry is highly desirable
