Schedule: Monday – Friday 9AM to 6PMCST

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and customer-focused Insurance Claims Call Center Representatives for a temporary assignment with our client in Irving, TX. This position will support policyholders, claimants, and internal stakeholders by handling inbound and outbound calls related to insurance claims while providing exceptional customer service and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound claims-related calls.
• Assist customers with claim status updates, documentation requirements, and general inquiries.
• Gather and verify claim information while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Document all interactions and updates in the claims management system.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate claims personnel when necessary.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service at all times.
• Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous insurance industry experience preferred.
• Prior call center or customer service experience required.
• Claims support experience is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent data entry and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment.
