Our client, an A rated carrier is seeking a HPR Consultant for their Midwest region. This individual will provide professional loss control services to commercial insurance clients, conducting risk evaluations, physical surveys, loss analysis, and training to help clients improve their risk management practices while supporting underwriting decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct loss control surveys of prospects and existing clients for underwriting evaluation
• Coordinate specialized loss control services for select high-value clients
• Prepare detailed reports on risk conditions, loss analysis, and improvement recommendations
• Develop and present training programs and seminars for clients and internal departments
• Support underwriting and claims departments with technical expertise
• Manage service plans for multi-location accounts
• Maintain professional development through industry organizations
• Utilize specialized software for presentations and client communications
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science preferred, or equivalent experience
• Experience: 2-5 years servicing major multi-location accounts
• Specialization: Highly Protected Risk (HPR) loss control expertise
• Skills: Strong written/oral communication, group presentation abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office and specialized industry software
• Other Requirements: Valid driver's license with clean record, physical capability for field work (walking, carrying, climbing), ability to travel extensively
  
  

This role focuses on risk assessment and loss prevention for large commercial accounts, requiring both technical expertise and strong client relationship management skills.

This is a remote position, can work anywhere within the midwest US. Company car included.
