Job Order: Senior Claims Representative (Temporary – Potential Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Duluth GA 30096.

Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday (Hybrid eligibility after training)

Duration: Temporary, with potential for temp-to-hire in 2026

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Claims Representative to provide temporary support to our Duluth, GA branch. This role requires strong technical expertise in commercial claims and the ability to work onsite five days per week. Once fully trained, the selected candidate may be eligible for a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and investigate complex commercial claims.
• Handle General Liability, Commercial Auto, and Bodily Injury claims.
• Work claims specific to GA and surrounding states.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate claims resolutions.
• Provide high-quality customer service and maintain strong documentation standards.
  
  

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Senior Claims Representative or comparable role.
• Strong background in commercial lines, including General Liability, Commercial Auto, and Bodily Injury.
• Experience adjusting claims in GA.
• Ability to work onsite at the Des Moines branch Monday–Friday.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
