Key Responsibilities
- Manage Lost Time claims from intake through resolution within MA or CT jurisdictions
- Determine claim compensability, establish reserves, and authorize payments
- Collaborate with employers, case managers, medical providers, and attorneys
- Negotiate settlements and manage litigation as needed
- Ensure compliance with state Workers’ Compensation regulations and client guidelines
- Active MA or CT Adjuster license (must have one)
- 3 years of Lost Time claims experience (5 years for senior roles)
- Strong knowledge of MA or CT WC laws and compliance practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- 100% Remote
