Marketing Manager - Charlotte, NC

Our client, a growing consumer electronics company, is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across digital, ecommerce, branding, product launches, and trade marketing. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sale
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including paid advertising, email marketing, and social media
• Oversee Amazon product listings, A Content, Storefronts, and other ecommerce marketing initiatives
• Coordinate new product launches with cross-functional teams
• Manage creative projects including photography, marketing collateral, packaging, and sales materials
• Plan and support trade shows, customer events, and sales meetings
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Work closely with sales, product development, and leadership to develop marketing strategies and promotional programs
• Coordinate with outside agencies, designers, and vendors as needed
• Track campaign performance and provide marketing reports and recommendations
• Assist with marketing budget tracking and project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within consumer electronics, consumer products, retail, or ecommerce
• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and ecommerce marketing
• Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central, including PDP optimization and A Content
• Experience supporting product launches and retail marketing initiatives
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar creative tools is a plus
