What You will Do:
The individual will work along with the Product Functional Owner team from Quality to define the Epic/User Stories for the required product requirements and share with the Product development team for deployment. The individual will guide the Functional Owner team to define good quality Epic/User Stories and coordinate with the Product development-scrum team(s) to ensure required understanding shared for deployment. The individual will guide teams to stay on track with the best industry practices, fine-tuning their approach to ensure that overall business strategy is being met. CTQ business requirements: On-time availability of the Epic/User Stories for the Product development work as per the product requirements.

What You will Bring:

• 10 years of hand-on experience as Agile SCRUM Master and/or Agile Product Owner.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Experience in Agile Project Management
• Experience in leading large scale projects using SCRUM
• 4 years Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar domain
• Track record of implementing industry best development techniques in different work cultures and environments.
• Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities
• Certification in SCRUM, like
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
  • Certified SAFe Agilist (SA)
  • Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
  • ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) etc.

Desired Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience with Quality Management System building and/or maintenance
• Experience in in-house tool development using Agile SCRUM methodology
• Software development and/or software testing experience

• Experience in Software Process Quality Assurance

  
  Pay Range: $80K- $120K
