The Delivery Assurance Lead Specialist ensures the successful, high-quality, and on-time execution of critical projects, product releases, or supply chain operations. This role acts as a primary strategic oversight function, identifying operational risks early and implementing mitigation strategies before they impact timelines or budgets.

What You will Do:

• Lead delivery assurance team providing guidance working with departments (like purchasing, engineering, and IT) to solve delivery crises
• Supply chain management and production planning support
• Track high-priority parts and provide detailed information from suppliers regarding delivery issues including root cause and implement problem solving solutions (must be a result driven solution)
• Create LOBs for critical shortages using MRP tools, such as production schedules, WIP (shop floor), and inventory on hand as well as supplier commitments
• Identify bottlenecks, conduct gap analysis, create mitigation plans, and generate and track action items to closure.
• Request routings from the supplier and understand process flow and issues that could interrupt the flow
•  Request milestone or inchstone from supplier if critical delivery is imminent to help ensure commitments.
• Support part transition planning, execution, and verification work
• Document, summarize, write reports, and disseminate information per requirements per the cadence of the customer

What You Will Bring:

• Experience in Aerospace supply chain management aspects/production planning/quality/operations 3-5 years
• Shop floor experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Intermediate level Excel skills (Pivot, Create Line of Balance, V-Lookup, Formulas, create charts and graphs etc…)
• Able to develop strong customer-facing working relationships with buyers, engineers, and customer leadership as well as a close relationship with the supplier
• Strong relationship building/teamwork skills
• Experience in using SAP or similar ERP systems
• Experience with Tableau and Pelico a plus
• Ability to clearly communicate shortage status at both the working and executive levels  

Pay Range: $76K-$80K

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Windsor, CT

• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. 
• Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.

Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
