What You Will Do
- Perform cycle time and takt time analysis
- Perform other industrial engineering functions such as conducting motion and time studies, line balancing
- Plan the sequence of operations and procedures and documents manufacturing standard work and routings
- Perform layout analysis and capacity plans
- Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, and inventory control
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or any other related field (electronics, mechatronics or mechanical) and 1-3 years of prior relevant experience
- In absence of a degree, a minimum of 5 years of industrial engineering is required
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and industrial engineering principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and industrial software
- Knowledge of production process, designing material flow, layout and process flows, and capacity planning

- You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
- Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
