Work Requirements
This role is considered 100% on-site position in Rockford, ILL
You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required

- Support induction of customer sales and work orders for commercial and military programs
- Review Contracts and Customer PO flow down requirements
- Provide detailed quotes and teardown report to customer for approval
- Upload accurate data within SAP and customer specific portals
- Document and management inventory of customer containers
- Provide accurate filing and scanning of documents for customer, internal, financial audits
- Extract data from SAP for reporting information
- Creation of accurate military documents for shipments
- Compliant business shipments Domestic and International with Commercial and Military requirements for customer orders and internal customer repairs and overhauls
- Transfer and Shipments of Materials between customer sites
- Support customer requests and any additional contract administration activities as required
- Minimum AS degree with 1 year of experience preferred
- HS diploma with 2 years of relevant experience acceptable
- Customer Services skills; verbal, written and face to face meetings with both internal and external customers
- Self-motivated, and good organizational skills
- Knowledge/experience with Office Package and SAP (highly preferred)
