Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Lead to join their growing accounting team in Doraville, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Payable professional who enjoys owning processes, improving efficiencies, and partnering with multiple departments across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong Accounts Payable experience along with experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable functions, including invoice processing, payment activities, and vendor support.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Assist with improving AP processes, workflows, and system efficiencies.
• Partner with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and support smooth financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and other accounting-related projects as needed.
• Support month-end activities and provide analysis related to expenses and cash management.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Associate's degree or higher preferred
