Area Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead the operational and financial success of a multi-location region. This role is responsible for driving business performance, developing strong teams, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with company goals and growth strategies.
- Drive financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
- Provide accurate forecasting and implement strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and support multiple locations, ensuring consistent processes, standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Build, develop, and engage high-performing teams through coaching, mentorship, and leadership.
- Foster a culture of safety, compliance, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and resource optimization across the region.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 8 years of progressive leadership experience managing operations, business performance, and teams.
- MBA or advanced business education is a plus.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
- Proven ability to lead teams, influence change, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business software applications.
