Responsibilities
- Coordinate all phases of roofing projects, execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients, installers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project workflows.
- Read and interpret job details to specific job to accurately assess project requirements.
- Utilize company software to document entire project.
- Monitor construction site activities for safety compliance and quality standards; conduct site inspections regularly.
- Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), progress reports, and incident logs.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within the roofing or general construction industry.(not Required and willing to train)
- Roofing Knowledge a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
Work Location: On the road
