As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and organized Project Manager to join our team.

Position Overview

Project Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing roofing and construction projects from contract signing through completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, and hands-on project coordination experience in roofing or construction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, canvassing, and marketing follow-up
• Conduct roof inspections and property assessments
• Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service

Project Management Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials, crews, subcontractors, and schedules
• Oversee job sites to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency
• Communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage budgets and job costing to ensure profitability
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
• Handle change orders and resolve customer concerns promptly
• Hands on repairs when necessary

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in roofing, construction sales, or project management
• Strong knowledge of roofing, siding and construction.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with CRM systems and project management software
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
